AIR-OVER HYDRAULIC PUMPS
We’ve made various custom adjustments to these units in the past. For instance, we can configure the air inlet control to align with the customer’s system requirements. Relief valve pressures can also be preset to a specified value, though the unit must ship locked at that setting. In some cases, customers prefer to build their own reservoir, and we support this by supplying precise cover plate dimensions.

While manual pumps offer less flexibility for customization due to their compact size and straightforward mechanical design, we’ve still implemented a variety of functional modifications to meet customer needs.
These include shortening reservoir lengths to fit tight spaces, modifying mounting patterns for non-standard equipment, and redesigning handles to improve operator ergonomics or clear tight machine envelopes. In some cases, we’ve also integrated alternative valve orientations or adjusted port configurations to streamline installation.

While PowerX has an extensive collection of hydraulic cylinders, including Hydraulic Automotive Cylinders, Center Hole Cylinders, Double Acting Cylinders, Flat Body Cylinders, Low Profile Cylinders, Single Acting Cylinders. We offer custom tonnage and stroke lengths on our cylinders. The collapsed height will change depending on the stroke, but we can sometimes adjust that to meet specific application needs. Mounting hole patterns can also be modified. There are design limitations, since all the components interact, but in most cases, if the tonnage and stroke are within range, we can make it work.
