Tyler oversees engineering operations, manages product development, technical documentation, and process improvement. Leads a cross-functional team focused on 10,000 PSI hydraulic systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. Responsible for engineering structure, training, and coordination with manufacturing and sales teams. When it comes to custom hydraulic pumps and cylinders, Tyler will take care of you.
