Center Hole High-Pressure Hydraulic Cylinder, 60 Ton, 6″ Stroke, Single Acting, Hollow Plunger, 10,000 PSI

CH60-6 60 Ton, 6″ Stroke Center Hole Hydraulic Cylinder – Single Acting – PowerX CH-Series

Built for precision and power, the PowerX CH60-6 Center Hole Hydraulic Cylinder delivers 60 tons of pulling or pushing force in a rugged, single-acting spring-return design. Its hollow plunger (center hole) construction allows both tension and compression applications, ideal for pulling cables, tensioning anchor bolts, bearing removal, bushing installation, and other demanding jobs that require direct center-line force.

Rated to 10,000 PSI (700 bar), the CH60-6 High-Pressure Hollow Plunger Cylinder provides smooth, consistent performance under load while maintaining excellent durability over repeated cycles. Its high-strength steel body resists distortion and side loading, while the chrome-plated hollow piston and precision roll-burnished cylinder bore extend seal life and prevent scoring under high tonnage operation.

The spring-return system ensures automatic retraction after pressure release, reducing downtime and improving cycle efficiency. A threaded collar and base mounting holes allow flexible setup, while a 3/8” NPTF high-flow coupler with dust cap ensures fast, leak-free hydraulic connections.

Compact for its class yet extremely powerful, the PowerX CH60-6 60 Ton 6″ Stroke Center Hole Cylinder is built to perform in the harshest industrial, construction, and maintenance environments—delivering proven reliability wherever high tonnage and precision alignment are required.

Use with PowerX 10,000 PSI Hydraulic Pumps, like the Air Over Hydraulic Pumps, Electric Hydraulic Pumps, and Hydraulic Hand Pumps to create a complete high-pressure system.
